You have your new sneakers, your workout outfit, the perfect water bottle to take with you. The one thing you don’t have--time.


Yes, you know that exercise is beneficial and yes, you want to start. But this is a lot easier said than done when you have to juggle work, school, kids, and whatever other priorities you may have on your plate. 1. Set a routine

Things are a lot easier to complete when we make it a habit. Take out your schedule and see where you have a free moment. Block off that chunk of time for exercise and make it as much of a priority as would would work or an appointment.

Can’t leave home but still want to work out? Look into some exercises that you can do without ever leaving your house. These exercises are a great way to be able to get moving, even with the busiest of schedules.
